The library’s seem to show up in a random order along the top from left to right. I want to move my 4k movies next to my movies library. In the favorite screen where I have to put the hearts to make them appear they are in a good order but I can’t figure out how to fix this like in the old UI.

I believe it organizes itself based on the order in which you favorite libraries, which will likely require you to unfavorite them, and refavorite them in the correct order.
This can be handled from the Top Nav > Libraries > (three dot menu)
seems like they answered it in the roku update response. the solution is the asterisk button to open a menu to reorder
