How do you delete music Downloaded using Plexamp?
It depends on if you downloaded a playlist, or the album itself.
If it’s the file in an album, you can swipe left on the item to trash an item.
If it’s an item in a playlist, I don’t think I see a way to remove an item from the playlist (and thus from my device) without removing it from the playlist.

In summary (and to avoid confusion):
You can delete download items from the „Downloads“ tab by swiping them to the left and clicking the „Remove“ button .
There’s also an option to „Delete“ in the context menu when long-pressing such a downloaded item.
You cannot delete individual tracks inside a downloaded item

Tom80H, for clarity, there is no “Remove” button when swiping to the left. It just deletes the item’s download upon swiping.
Sounds like you might be swiping too hard/fast/far… that should indeed directly trigger the primary action. If you just „swipe a little“ you should see the red button with the trash can icon labeled „Remove“ at the right of the item.
