How do you share the Live TV Program Guide with other users that aren’t the main admin user?
You can’t, only admin can watch live tv and record.

If you are using a silicondust tuner use this plex channel for the time being until Home users are supported officially:

Configure it and then share the newly created Channels category with whomever you want. It also works on any client that does not support the official Plex LiveTV… including “Home user Members”
No DVR though

Thanks @SiscoPlex, that’s definitely a step in the right direction. I’ll give this a try, and will probably go request Plex to add it as a built in feature.
Plex has already stated this will be added.
