I setup an HDHomeRun today and enabled it in Plex. I set it all up with my account the admin account. But my wife can not see the Program guide on her profile or the Recording Schedule, is there a way I can share this with her Managed user account? I would also like to share the live TV with my father. His account is a friend account.

He was so close! 
She will be able to see the Program Guide but not the Recording Schedule. Only the Admin can schedule recordings at this time and no idea if/when setting recordings would be added in the future. Friends will not have access to Live TV unless added as a home/managed user. Screenshot below is from my wife’s home/managed user account.
I just ran my plex server update that came out today and now the live TV option in the menu.
