Yes, this appears to be a pattern with the plex pass paid features. My experience with Live TV/DVR was brutal. I basically didn’t have something that was satisfactory to use for over 16 months after getting a lifetime pass. Refund was completely denied. So I ended up finally having to accept having the feeling that I’d been defrauded by Plex. I use other DVR software now for and periodically check to see if Plex still completely sucks in this area (since I still have the pass). I definitely try to discourage anyone who is thinking of giving money to Plex for a Plex Pass.

Actually, after wasting my time on looking at all the clients I use again today, I think I’m pretty much ready to give up on Plex. I’m just going to have to get used to having the feeling of being defrauded by Plex - having received no value for my Lifetime Pass. So for me, there is not much point in continuing the thread.
