OpenMovieDatabase is the meta agent you want to use. It gives you the option to use the rating from either (plus other options).

Any clue about how to install it, where to download, etc.? Thanks
You need to activate the feature on the server and do a refresh.
Go to settings \ server \ agents \ movies \ freebase.
Then hit the gear icon for the freebase agent.
You then get a screen where you specify where to get ratings from, select Rotten Tomatoes.
You’ll then need to refresh you library.
And I believe the ratings are only visible in the iOS & Android apps currently

Yea it’s hosted on github, I believe it’s openmoviedb (not 100%). Where you put it depends on the OS you’re using; on os x it’s in the “plugins” folder in PMS.
Check out the ‘channels’ section for the windows location (if need be).
Once you add it in, it will become available under the “freebase” section. Click the gear icon and pick your settings.
There are lots of 3rd party channels/plugins and the majority are hosted on github.

the rating is placed in the beginning of the summary on most clients I believe (least it is on PHT, Roku, iOS).
After comparing RT with IMDB I prefer IMDB, it more closely matches rating of movies.
If I understand this thread correctly, only one ratings source is supposedly stored in the library, based on the Freebase selection? This doesn’t make sense because I can see some movies with just the TMDB ratings, RottenTomatoes, or IMDB ratings, so I am assuming that multiple ratings sources can be stored in the library metadata database. What I would like is a skin that displays all of them.
Does anyone know where I can find the structure information of the SQLLite database file moviesxx.db?
