I know that Rotten Tomatos can be selected as a movie section metadata agent. Is it possible to display the TOMATOMETER rating in place of the star ratings?
Seriously...everybody has this except for Plex...it Plexpass had the fresh and spat rating for each movie with them cute icons, I'd buy the lifetime subscription asap.
Other services like Mediabrowser have this. Wake up plex.
I'm actually curious why the rotten tomatoes agent only shows up in the freebase section in the Agents listing and not the movie database (which is what I use) section. How do I get Rotten Tomatoes ratings when using Movie Database as my main lookup?
I also put in a vote for Rotten Tomatoes rating displayed within Plex and Plex Home Theater. The fresh and spat icons would be a nice touch as well. With this feature I would upgrade to a lifetime subscription. I am a windows user and have Plex installed on my Roku as well as my Samsung smart TV. I did try Media Browser 3 because I read that it featured the Rotten Tomatoes feature, but did not care for the program and uninstalled it. Plex is great, but this feature would make it even better.
Wrong section for feature requests (this has a vote tally going, go add yours)Seriously...everybody has this except for Plex...it Plexpass had the fresh and spat rating for each movie with them cute icons, I'd buy the lifetime subscription asap.

There's also a metadata agent that adds the RT or IMDB rating (your choice) directly at the front of the plot summary.
A feature request already exists for this https://forums.plex.tv/topic/79550-real-rotten-tomato-integration/?hl=tomatometer

That’s because the RottenTomatoes agent (a secondary agent) does a lookup with the IMDb id. It gets this id from the Freebase agent (the primary agent). The Movie Database agent and RT agent cannot be “linked” because they’re both using a different identifier.
any update on this? Can we see the actual percentage of tomatometer instead of stars? On my iPhone it displays the rating in percentage but on the web app it doesn’t.
