Hope I’m posting this on the right section of the forums, apologies if not.
I’m looking to change the default 15 seconds that is between episodes and lower it to maybe 5 seconds. I have looked through countless articles and videos but I cant find the option to do so, even though on older releases this seemed to be an option.
I’m a plex pass subscriber.

I swear I feel extremely stupid, but I cant find this option under Settings - if I’m interpreting this article right, there should be an “Experience” tab, however this is all I can see.
Checked on web view and on the server machine itself.
Perhaps I’m blind, or not looking under the correct section, could you help me pinpoint where I could find this subsection?

It’s on the client (whatever you’re using to watch,) so in this case it would be under Settings → player experience on your SMART TV if it’s supported https://support.plex.tv/articles/204080173-which-smart-tv-models-are-supported/
You will not find it in server settings. The setting will need to be set on every client, it’s not universal.
