I am getting buffering issues when trying to stream large files. I used to be able to look at "Plex Media Server.log" to see the speed at which Plex is transcoding. However, that information seems to be missing now from my log (see below). That's question #1 - how can I monitor the speed at which Plex is transcoding? Why isn't it in my logs? Question #2 is: Is there any way to set the streaming quality on the Xbox One? I can't seem to find it.
