I would like to know how to change the streaming quality within the Xbox One app. I know if I go to the movie or show it has a settings button and I go to quality but it only shows original. Any help would be appreciated
Hi there. Are you trying to change the quality from the preplay page or while the item is playing? Do you see Original as the only quality option? What kind of device is your Plex Media Server running on? It’s possible that Original is the only available quality because the server is not capable of transcoding.
