How to adjust the quality of Live TV to watch stable away from home?

Hi there,i been setup my Plex server with live tv sucessful,just wonder where do i can adjust the quality of the stream,cause when i use my phone to watch live tv at work its said weak signal,so i guess that i need to adjust the stream quality to lower to make it smooth and stable when i watch away from home

I use the android client but under Settings and Quality you can adjust this:
