When streaming over my Android Client, switching the stream quality is no problem.
But watching movies over web with changing bandwith is circuitous - at my main home I need 20mbits 1080p and at my secondary I need 12mbits.
I always need to click on Settings => Plex/Web => Player to change it and then find the way back to my movie.
