If the libraries are pinned they will appear in your sidebar. Once in the sidebar you can use the reorder function on each library. This is also a known issue with at least one discussion thread about it.

@pandas , Thank you for your comments. I did see a similar thread, but it appeared to be dead. As I’ve stated in my original post, I understand we can reorder, but that’s just a pain-in-the-rear. This means I could need to move things around 1,520 times (76 libraries x 5 TVs x 4 local accounts). …

Thanks @TeknoJunky . This patch fixed this issue. I did provide some comments regarding this new feature as well. I hope they decided to have an enable/disable mechanism.
