I’ve got a few different users that use my server with different accounts. They each have different tastes in shows etc… Is there a way to have some shows automatically show as watched or hidden on a per user basis and not for up some of the feeds?
no, disregarding some shows based on user accounts is not supported.

no it won’t.
i assume you may be talking about restricting shares by labels/rating which is a Plex Pass feature but that will not automatically in anyway let the sharee pick as choose which things they want to show up for them
We should, however, make this a feature request. I would like to see this, as I keep content that is only of interest to certain users and not to me or other users.
It’d be great for it not to show up in my Unwatched content, so as to prevent me from searching harder to find what I’m looking for…or to be somewhat OCD and go through marking as watched all the time those in which I’m not interested.
