How to change days when setting recordings on the live TV Grid on Roku

I want to use Plex as my primary DVR for local TV. When setting up future recordings of live TV shows on my Windows desktop player I can access the “Today” field and change it to future days and parts of day. This is not convenient and I want to set up recordings while in front of my TV and accessing Plex through my Roku player, however I have not found a way to switch the grid to future days other than by stepping through all the hours overnight and on to the next day etc, etc.
Is there a way to change days on the Live TV grid while on my Roku?
