How to change the default audio language and the subtitles on tv

Hello, how is it possible to change the default audio language of tv shows or movies?
Onto the account page of plex.tv I’ve changed the settings but it seems not working on the LG app, everytime the language is English of the audio and the subtitles.

I’m on the same situation with my FireTV 4k. I have put settings to automatic select Spanish audio on my account, but when I put any film, it has selected English audio, and when I put Spanish audio it puts automatic English subtitles when I have configured Spanish subtitles.
