Plex Web > settings > dashboard
should show you (HW) next to the video decode/encode
you can also monitor via nvidia-smi on terminal/ssh command line.
Hey Ho!
Thx… at the dashboard a can see the bandwith, the CPU und the RAM usage. No Indicator for any GPU usage.
Wil try to figure out how to use nvidia-smi
there isn’t a graph for gpu. it will just say HW in the now playing info for the playback if it is using HW trancoding

Okay, thx. So there is currently no HW-transcoding.
There must be a general HW-decoding issue.
By using the webbrowser there are some fils are not payable. This fiels are playable by using the iOS App.
The also playable on my 4kAppleTV. But on the AppleTV everything is playable except in the case i force a transcode. No transcode atall on AppleTV.
Strange… first… checking the HD/Driver-side for the P2000
THX @all… reinstall the CUDA driver by using this
https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-installation-guide-linux/index.html#runfile-installation
and
helps!! Now, 5 heavy streams (4k bases and transcodes to a lot of different tragets), the CPUs idle!
