How to configure Plex to not convert streaming

I have a problem (sorry for my bad english speaking). I trie to configure Plex to not convert video while streaming. What parameters should i put ? Thanks for advices !

Keep in mind if the player cannot play a file natively turning this off will make playback fail

I don’t know why with this settings, plex try to transcode.

Perhaps because the files with problems are .mkv (HEVC) and it say may still transcode remux videos.
