??? What device is your server running on? What client are to trying to connect from? How do you have things connected to you network?
These, and maybe other, questions will need to be answered before anyone can even make an attempt at helping.
Also logs might help but if you are not seeing your server then the logs might not help much.
im running apple tv, iphone 7 and its all wireles and the only server i got is my user name Don kemo. my plex have running for years but now its just totaly dead.

I guess I do not understand at all. You do not have a server?? Where have you been getting your content from? If you have been accessing someone else’s server that was shared with you then you need to contact them as it is their server that must provide access.
