I am trying to debug why subtitles are failing to download. I am able to navigate to the Subtitle Search page, and I see a list of available subtitles. However, clicking on any of those subtitles results in the error “Uh-oh! There was an error”. This functionality works in a different country where I run another PMS… so I suspect subtitle lookup might be getting blocked by my ISP?
Can anyone point me to where to look for evidence in the logs? I’ve taken a look but have not seem any logging that corresponds with the above errors. I have enabled logging on the client and downloaded those logs too, there is an excerpt below but no clue why the fetch is failing.
