Is there a server wide settings that limit the user’s ability to download subtitles?
I believe this is called the On-Demand Subtitle under “Searchin for Subtitles” section.

The problem I’m facing is that each of my family member would go into a tv episode or a movie, go to the drop-down Subtitles, then hits the “More” section (the same area where you get to choose the subtitle language/type), it would then lead them to download subtitle from opensubtitles provider.
from the On-Demand Subtitle section, it does explain its only viewable by the user whom downloaded the subtitle, but its actually viewed by everyone, where if I then choose the same media to play, I incorrectly get that out-of-sync subtitle and I have to manually change it.
Isn’t there a server-wide settings where I can just disable this from everyone? I already disabled Opensubtitles from the agents profile.
TL;DR:
How to disable the searching for subtitles (On-Demand Subtitle) and stop/limit the user’s from using this function? As I prefer to have control over which subtitles is downloaded.
Also is there a way to track which media a user downloaded a subtitle for?
