How to end session of remote user

A shared user watching a movie from my server had their TV die mid stream. It was stuck in the Dashboard for days as Paused and Stop Playback wasn’t an option so I restarted the server and it is no longer listed there but in the Console it is still constantly referencing that playback.

There are lines stating [Transcode] Got a transcode session ping without a valid session ID. AND Play progress on 27533 ‘Masters of the Universe’ - got played 495784 ms by account 5493577!
How do I get this to stop? The TV is dead and no longer powered on and I already restarted the server. Any suggestions?

Player Version#: 4.76.1

I am also getting a Warning like this.
If this is related to a error at a Playack… how do I find out who had the error, and how to clean it?
(mine is running at a WD PR4100 NAS)
