So a while ago I switched the agent to The Movie Database because I find it to be much more reliable.
I have now realised that this creates duplicates in the library when adding another version of a film that is already present.
So I have switched back to Plex Movie because I am not overly fussed about fixing the match of those movies that were not found by Plex Movie.
I want to fix the duplicates, so I unmatch and rematch.
Is there an easy way to find duplicates? i.e. showing two posters for the same film in the library listing?
Summary
Now I can’t match again. When clicking match, nothing comes up. No match dialogue, nothing.
I cannot even fix match on tv series now. It is all broken.
Can anyone suggest steps to fix?
I have restarted the server, service, etc. multiple times. Tried in browser and plex app.
EDIT: this was fixed by installing the latest beta PMS
