I have an extremely frustrating issue with Plex that I can’t seem to resolve.
I am a relatively new user and have imported all my movies into Plex and spent hours setting up the movies matching them all and making sure that they have the correct poster etc.
Not always but regularly frequently when I go back into Plex I find that some of my movies have been duplicated, others have lost their match information and poster and that similar movies have been merged into one icon i.e. Jurassic park all movies merged into one.
Is there any way I can stop this happening? I am sure that I am not doing anything to cause this other than watching some of the movies! It is very frustrating and is wasting a lot of time.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
