In my Home Movies library, some videos have thumbnails and others don’t:
I also have a bunch of home movies that share the same thumbnail. How do I fix all this? I saw a similar post from a few years ago that went unanswered.

Are those thumbs you added yourself (e.g. as local media assets to your videos)?
Have you tried re-analyzing or refreshing the items?
I have the same issue after migrating to Synology DSM 7 and doing the migration.
Re analyzing does not work.
Nope, not thumbnails I added myself. I did try refreshing/re-analyzing the videos and it didn’t fix anything. Truth be told, when I DID do that, it actually made matters worse. I now have SEVERAL videos that have the same thumbnail.

Same problem here, had created a thread with no responses as well. Plex used to create thumbnails for home videos but no longer does, now I just get black thumbnails of nothing.
