I have a local channel that just joined the Quest television network. Who might I contact to help get their schedule added to whatever feeds the EPG?
Yes, my tuners found Quest today as well, but cannot add because not listed in guide.
I’m not sure if this is the correct way but Silicondust forums have a guide data forum and I posted Quest being added for my area. They seem pretty quick to fix and my guess is since both Plex and SD use Gracenote if they get it added to gracenote then it should resolve in plex.
Well SD fixed it but they “manually added it” I went to this thread and reported it missing for me

So with addon stations, which i have had two new ones pop up over the last few weeks, it takes a few weeks for the system to update and then to start populating epg listings. Plex is reliant on gracenote for these listings so i doubt there is much they can do to speed up the process…should be listed properly in 1-2 weeks.
EDIT: Looks like someone posted there is a way to report the incorrect information…probably the right choice 
This must have gotten the right attention somehow. I now have epg entries and its only the 2nd day of broadcasting. I did notice the Quest reference in my dvr settings a day or two before the live date so that was a hint that someone was aware.
