How to get a scheduled recording to restart if it was interrupted?

Hello, I’m using the latest stable version of Plex and I’m in the dog house again and so I’m typing this in angst so I apologize in advance…
My wife turned on the Apple TV and opened plex like she always does, went to watch something- it was playing for a few seconds and then it would quit back to the Plex Guide. She’d open it again, and it would quit even quicker back to the Plex guide, she did this a few times until I came in where she gave up and threw the remote at me. I took a look a the Server and found what looked like a memory leak, so I rebooted it. Once it came back online, everything was working again, but my reboot interrupted a few recordings in progress.

Now, I cannot seem to get those recordings to get going again. Everytime I click the record button again, I just get the scheduled recording prompt and I can’t seem to get it to start recording the show again. I’ve cancelled the series recording and rescheduled it, I cancelled that again and just recorded the single show instead of creating a series recording. I can play the channel just fine, but I can’t get it to start recording it again.

Please help! I’m really close to dumping plex and just going back to Windows Media Center with a new guide data source. This is absolutely terrible, Plex needs to handle DVR recording interruptions better. All I want is for it to restart recording on it’s own or even let me do it if I can.

I’m running the latest stable build on Ubuntu 16.04
Thank you!
