Is the some guidelines to get help? log files and then what? Please help
Please describe your problem, and identify:
- Plex Media Server - version used, installed in which platform (Windows, Linux, OSX, etc)
- Plex client used - device, client name and version
We will request logs if needed, less than half of the questions can be answered without logs.
