Which log files are useful and via what method does one provide these logs to Plex support? Many thanks for your help.

It creates a single zip file with everything needed.
Depends on what your issue is. If you are having trouble playing back on a Plex client, then the logs from the client. If the problem lies in your server, then the Plex Media Server logs. The support site linked above by kamhouse also has instructions for the various clients. If you don’t see the one for the client you are using, ask.
Looks like I’ll need logs from the Nvidia Shield Android TV client. I’ll look for how to retrieve those. Thanks!
UPDATE: Looks like the instructions above oare for server logs. My server is a NAS, but my client is a Shield - are there Shield client logs if I’m not using the SHield as server?
I don’t think there is a separate log for the client.
