These forums are the only support Plex has.
To get support you need to post details of your issue and how it can be recreated.
You also need to include details of your hardware and how your server and client connect to the network.
You should also include your logs: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/
If you post all that it is possible that someone can diagnose your problem. This being the weekend it may take a bit of time.
I am not a technical person whatsoever so to do this is impossible for me so it looks like I may not be able to use plex any longer.

It does not require any technical ability at all. All it requires is following instructions.
