My library path originally was:
/home/ftp/media/Videos
and this worked for quite a while.
Then I changed the file structure of my library. So the path became:
/home/ftp/media/Movies
E.g.: /home/ftp/media/Movies/BLUE_JASMINE/BLUE_JASMINE(2013).m4v
But despite updating my library, Plex is still looking for:
/home/ftp/media/Videos/BLUE_JASMINE(2013).m4v
How does one get Plex to change the path?

See this support article on Moving Media Content to a New Location

That did it! Thanks.
Between dealing with the intricacies of Plex, my ReadyNAS, the Web interface running on my local system, and the fact that Netgear no longer supports my NAS drive, and now Plex does not either, determining down the exact location of the problem was like looking for a needle in a haystack.
