This is not technical support. This is good will from fellow users. It’s not the same thing as submitting a ticket and having the issue worked until it is solved.
This really isn’t a issue because Plex never fixes anything. But seriously, it’s a major problem because it can be extremely difficult to get Plex to pay attention to the serious problems/bugs that people report in these forums.
