so I notice plex only offer support for technical issues through writing here in the forum. it means I cannot email them my problem like any other company ?!
so I put a question for my issue and I wait for more than a week and no one reply to this issue !
is there any way to contact plex support directly about technical issues without having to post it in a forum !!
