How to label TV show with multiple episodes in one file (but out of order)

So I’m adding some goosebumps shows to our collection for my son. The problem I ran into is that there are 2-3 episodes on one DVD, and they aren’t in any order. One DVD has one episode from Season 3 and two from Season 4 (none of which are in any kind of order).



Any ideas or suggestions how to work this out with Plex?
