How to manage DVD in Plex to have metadata ?

Hello
can you tell me how to manage DVD (in DVD format) - VTS_01_1.vob - VTS_01_2.vob …
because plex does not recognize this format and therefore I do not assign metadata to movies to classify them.
How to do ?

I believe you’re going to have to convert your DVDs/files into something Plex can work with. Traditional video extensions are best; MP4, MKV, AVI, and even FLV for example.

There are several DVD conversion programs available on the market. I prefer MakeMKV, which I believe is free.
