How do I move media I have in my “Movie” Library to my “TV Shows” Library?

You can’t.
You need to move the files themselves. Keep in mind that files which named like movies are ignored in a tv show library and vice versa.
That is disappointing.
Sorry, I am more/less new to Plex ~ is there a naming convention that should be followed based on the media type?

I really am grateful for the tips. I just have a lot of files to re-arrange now.
If you have a lot of media, a naming tool will help you a great deal.
Drag and drop, with the rules setup, will not only fix the names but move the files around for you.

People also use one called tinyMediaManger https://www.tinymediamanager.org/download/
I think that one has limitations on what it can do for the free version but I haven’t used it, so I’m not what they are.
Filebot is another alternative
Get your basic file structure down and just add a few TV shows then a few movies to the movies folder and make sure everything is working ok
Thanks all! I am running this on Linux so I have several shell options to do this, I just need to proceed carefully least I shoot myself in the foot. Again. 
Shooting yourself in the foot is half the fun on Linux!
