How to Organise/Brose movie library by Genre

I’ve just installed v 3.2.1 on Debian and am using an iPad Pro, Amazon FireTV and the Web UI to control playback to my HDTV.

By default Plex shows all movies listed alphabetically but I see no option to sort them by Genre. Ideally I’d like to be able to sort (no filter) by Year and Alphabetically by Genre. Is there a way to get this done

Sorting by Genre is not possible atm.
Only filtering is.

Thx, that’s pretty disappointing, I’d have thought it a core capability for something like Plex. Are there plans to incorporate this capability or is there a way to browse by Genre that doesn’t entail having to explicitly select a focus?

I cannot speak about future plans.
All ways to browse the library ‘by Genre’ involve filtering of some sort.
