Maybe im just slow… 1st, nowhere in this forum does it guide or explain how to post. 2nd.. i read list of posts indicating a problem with Plex, nowhere have i read a response or reply that fixes any of them. 3rd, I along with most users gave PAID to use this software with the expectation of having support. 4th, reason for my rant… after last update, Live TV no longer accessable remotely. Any help from anyone would be appreciated.

Unclear what your problem is.
That doesn’t do anything here. “I paid” means very little here.
What exactly is the problem? “no longer accessible” is so broad.
Is the server still running? Can you access PMS on the host machine? Is it working on any other device? Can you ping your server from the internet? Are you using VPN? What OS is PMS installed on? Is it installed via docker?
Thanks for the reply! It is extremely unfriendly design to fugure out how to post… gee maybe a Post Request button on the front of the first support screen??? Seens simple. I know this is a forum.. and NOT support, but that is the problem. Where is Plex support? Does it exist? The actual issue us very simple… doesnt require logs, 20 questions, all settings list. For YEARS … live tv worked on my server. No settings were touched. No new devices accessed media. Nothing on server was touched. Updated to new version of Plex and now no video. Black screen. Can access live tv on server, but not on mobile devices ( hence the PAID comment to unlock that feature ) i know you dont work for Plex and are doing us out of the kindness of your tech support heart… so thank you. Much appreciated.
