How to get help from Plex?

That’s a great question. I have not been able to watch live tv for almost a year now. Have installed two or three updates since then and still nothing. Have put out a couple questions and have been completely ignored. Not sure what it takes to actually get some assistance.

Posting all your versions and attaching server logs would be a great way to be seen.

This has been an ongoing issue for several versions now. I’ve only seen it acknowledged by a plex employee once, who allegedly put a ticket in to have it fixed, but this was a few months ago. I’m getting really frustrated with the lack of support from this company, and am strongly considering moving to another platform which sucks, because I’ve really enjoyed plex and it worked more or less flawlessly until they “upgraded” the plex experience.
