Would like to be able to rate content at the client. Example: just watched a movie and thought it was a dude. Rather than immediately deleting it, I would rate it a one. Then later when running low on disk space I would fine these 1 rated movies and delete them. I see a five star rating on the server but not very useful…
You can not edit any movies data as a client but only server side.
However, there are multiple ways of doing what you suggested on client side. One comes to mind is that why not create a “Playlist” and dump them in.
On server side, used “Collections” to sort them out. If you really want to edit ratings manually, also on server side give it a one star when you’re in the “Edit” tab.
Other than that, I can’t think of anything else you can do on client side. It’s more as a security caution than improvement, I don’t want my family editing my movie ratings ;p
