The only feature that's missing for me is a rating system. And the ability to tag a movie to be one of my favorites.
I know we're able to sort by ratings already, but those ratings are from imdb or some other database. I want to be able to rate the movies I'm seeing myself, to be able to see these ratings on the movie posters in poster view and to be able to sort by my own ratings.
I would also like the ability to favorite my movies/series or other videos. And to be able to show favorites only and to see which movie is a favorite, with for example a star on the upright corner of a poster in poster view.

You can already do this. Just hit the edit option next to the movie and change the rating to what ever you want it to. it's a Basic Text field not a drop down, so you can rate your own movies in what ever way you want.

It's called a Collection, there is an option on the left for it when looking at movie details.
I know I can edit the ratings of my movies, but I don't want to manually edit more than a thousand movies. And if I edit the ratings of one of my movies it gets mixed up with the ratings given by some movie database. That's why I asked for a "private" rating system. So I can sort by the rating I'd give the movie not everybody else.
The Collection suggestion is pretty handy, thanks for that. :D
Would be really nice if an (optional) option to rate what you've just watched popped up when something finishes playing (not when you stop it half way through).
Way too much effort to do it the current way - yes, you can do it, but I bet not many people bother. This could then also be synced with services like Trakt.

It would be nice if this was maintained at the Server level, so that all Shared Users could add their votes too to create a local rating system for the Server and its Users.
I know I can rate videos while I am in the web player, on my pc, in a browser, but... I am having a hard time being able to rate those same videos during/after I watch them, with my remote, through my Sony Google TV device. Is there an option I need to enable to accomplish this, or am I possibly missing something else?
