How to remove old plex server

I lost a NAS due to a power failure. Bought a new one and set up a new server as I wasn’t able to figure out how to get my old one back up and running. I have since deleted the old server from my account (at least I think I did). However, when I go into settings and look under manage library access, most of my friends show access to my old server. I currently have libraries, movies and tv shows. My old library had 3 (movies, tv shows and music). They are called the same, but I know them apart since I don’t use music any longer. My friends show 5 libraries.

Can someone help me delete the old library?

I already removed the old server from there, but my library manage access section still shows my old server is connected. Meaning it says they have 5 libraries that I’m sharing when I only have 2.

I’ve removed your old server from ~3 years back.
Servers that far back in the past are not visible on your devices page anymore.
