I can not get rid of Old Servers from my children’s accounts. I have signed them out of applications and web clients. My account see the servers just fine, there will not pick up the new servers. I do not see the servers listed on the authorized devices under my account and have cleared all cache settings from the web browsers.
This is driving me nuts any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve only seen 1 ancient server in your account (name started with “L”) which I deleted.
The other 3 servers seem to be recent and should be visible to you under https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms from where you can delete them yourself, if you want.
If you see other servers than these 3, then you appear to have more servers still running in your local network, which are either not connected to an account, or are connected to a different plex account than the one you are using here.
when you say “old” do you mean they do not exist anymore or just that your kids accounts should not have access to them anymore?
OttoKerner took care of the “Old” server. But my kids and spouse’s account will not pick up the other servers.

To give access to any other server libraries you need to give them access by clicking on their user at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home then edit the server and check the boxes for which libraries from the server you want to give them access to
OMG, I feel like a J.A. I had given them all permission, but guess during all the resetting things i forgot to go back and check that… Thanks BigWheel!!!
