I’ve tried the method online “remove authorized devices” several times and this doesn’t work.
How do you remove old servers?
Is it a your server or a server shared with you?
If the latter, go to Settings → Manage Library Access and delete the server/libraries shared with you.

How many servers are appearing for you here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms ?
If you see more than one, delete the older one.
If you see only one, leave it untouched!
It was an old server of mine.
That appears to show browsers with access, not servers. This is where I have deleted things before but the old server remains.
Did you use the link in Otto’s post? It will show only servers (notice it ends in “pms”).

P.S. You might want to reset your Plex password and/or activate 2FA.

Yes, I used the link. It is Authorized Devices, browsers like Chrome, Firefox, etc. Ones I used to access the server previously. Nothing regarding servers.
