I recently got rid of a cloud based plex server that I was using and migrated everything to a local Plex installation. I can’t see to get rid of the old plex server. Has anyone else run into this?
I’ve got screen shots but the attach file button isn’t working for me?? Thoughts?
Do you mean a cloud based plex server that was a local server with cloud storage attached through netdrive/ACD_CLI or Plex Cloud beta?
If its the local server with cloud attached storage with netdrive/ACD_Cli, you can go into Settings > Devices > Servers and remove it there.
Cloud Beta you will need to a PM a dev to have them remove it from your account. You can remove the Plex Cloud through Settings > Devices > Servers as well, but it will not remove the whole server from the account.
No it was a completely cloud based solution, http://bytesized-hosting.com/
so storage and the plex installation were both cloud based.
The server listed in the settings/devices area is only my local server. I don’t know why the attach files, otherwise I’d be able to show you
Fixed… I had completely forgot the cloud server was setup with a “shared” library. Removed the friend connection and deleted the server…
