I was a little to hasty and click this Plex Cloud invite thing.
How do I remove this again?

make sure to delete only(!) the Cloud server with the little red x
You don’t. I asked to be removed a fair time ago and it was said it would be passed on but it has not happened. I guess simply removing a user from the beta test is just too hard for the poor underpaid and overworked Plex developers. Or they don’t care.
Either way doing things half way has become the Plex standard operating procedure of the future.
Maybe “passed on” to Plex is like passing a kidney stone and that is just too painful.

That works in a limited manner but it does not really address what is needed. It does not get rid of the ability to add the unwanted, for me, Plex Cloud and it does not get me out of the also unwanted Plex Cloud beta.
As I said, I guess it is just too hard to do properly.

Before you now say “but I want to use Cloud Sync”, please consider this:
In my humble opinion, Plex Cloud is a better alternative to ‘Cloud Sync’. It may be for you as well.
And it is included in your Plex Pass.

I’ve done all that and I NEVER use or want to use “Cloud Sync.” All I really want is to NOT see “Plex Cloud” as an option when I click my server list.
I do not have a cloud server set up and, if I click on that “Plex Cloud” server I am offered the “chance” to set it up.
It is totally removed from everything I can access but, because I am still in the beta, I still have the unwanted option to add that, for me, useless server.
I do NOT want to be in the beta any more and I do NOT want to see the option to add a server when I access my server list on the web.
Again, this must be EXTREMELY hard since Plex cannot do it. But I do not see any other servers, even the option to add, unless I have explicitly add said server to my Plex account.
