How to remove previous server?

Hi everyone, first time posting here.

I’ve had to completely erase my HD and reinstall MacOS.
After a little hunting, I am now aware that I am unable to simply reconnect to my old server as all the info was not on the external drive I use - that’s fine.

However, I realised this AFTER I had tried to log back in, and had created a new server. Now, I just want to remove the old server which appears, I don’t appear to have the option to remove it like I do the new one.

Is there a way to remove an old server, or remove both and completely start afresh?
I have MacOS Mojave.

I can provide a screenshot if required.

Thanks

If this is solely about getting rid of a dead reference, you should be able to delete the old entry from here:

Careful not to delete your existing (new) server!!

Easy, just like that! Thanks, now I get the job of painstakingly re-linking all my movies and TV shows. Along with reinstalling all my apps. And moving all my important info - thank god it was all saved on my external.

Gotta admit, I was pissed I had to completely reinstall everything, but it’s probably a good opportunity to clean out the Mac of everything unnecessary! Appreciate the help!
