New Server Not Found / Can't Delete Old Server

Player Version#: Latest Media Player or Roku, etc. Neither one works.

Hi guys. Been scratching my head for a couple hours. I installed Plex on my old Mac to test it out. Worked beautifully on my computer and on my Roku App. So I decided to format that old computer and use it solely as a server. But upon reinstalling Plex, it recognizes the new formatted computer, but it won’t connect to it. In addition, it keeps scanning for the old Plex Server. The kicker is when I go to Authorized Devices, I can’t delete the old server… literally… I click the x button, confirm, and the device just remains, over and over again. I went through all the Library/cache/etc deletion processes, uninstalling and reinstalling the server. Nothings works. Pulling my hair out.

Any help would be appreciated.
