How To: Remove someone's shared server from yours. GLitch?

Hello, I have searched High and Low to get an answer about this and im Stumped and annoyed.
How do you completely remove someone elses shared media server from yours?

Its Not in my friends List
Not in Devices
The shared server gives NO option to “leave”

Theres legit is NO way to remove this server and ive been trying to for years. Is this a mutated Zombified Glith?
