I know how to remove authorized devices and this is not the problem. The server is not in this list.
A friend was sharing their server and then stopped sharing. Now I have their server in my left menu and it is constantly refreshing. I just want to remove it but am unable to see how I can.
Go here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access
Locate your friend, and click on him
Then you should be able to edit what’s shared with you, and at the bottom, there is an option to Leave Server
He is no longer on the list. Just what I share with him.
Then try and goto https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends and see if you can locate him there
